Unworn and unaltered items may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

To initiate an exchange or return process please send an email to customerservice@capita.com.uy with the order number and explain your need.

We will process your request ASAP and will send the exchange / return printable label with the address.
(U.S. / Uruguay / Europe).

In case it is an exchange a new pair will be made and shipped ASAP, and in case it is a return we will make a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account once we receive the products.

Please note that exchanges shipping is free but for returns the shipping cost is on the customer.

Bear in mind that leather is a live raw material for we can expect tone variants and journey scars. Each leather has different finishing processes thoroughly considered to make the best use of this characteristic.
